Please complete the entirety of the New Member Application.
The Background Check Form and Policies and Procedures agreement will need to be submitted via e-mail to thevinehsc@gmail.com.
Note: You do not need to download the entire Policies and Procedures packet, simply sign and send page 13.
Once the application is approved, the new enrolling family will be sent a welcome letter.

school year has begun.
